Everett Elks Record Hop
Everett Special Needs Kids get together the last Thursday of every month @ 7:00 PM.

These are the gentlemen who put the Record Hop together. Marty Silvestri, Bob & Charlie Crafts have been doing this for years. The Record Hop has been going on for 30 years and Rocking Roger has been involved since 1986.

A lot of people volunteer in preparing the dinner that is offered each month. This month (May) the weather was nice enough for a cookout!

The kids really enjoy their time spent at the Record Hop. Each December the volunteers puts on a full Turkey dinner.

Paul is our local Elvis Impersonator. When Elvis is played Paul takes to the floor and we all enjoy the show!

Albie, is a good friend of mine. It wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there giving me a hand behind the equipment.

Alberto is always helping out collecting the soda cans that help pay for the monthly party.

Jane Casey, is one of our star athletes. She is always winning a Gold Medal at the Special Olympics Competitions. She is always dancing!

Eddie is my conductor. He stands in front of my DJ stand and directs the action on the dance floor from there!

These kids make the scene at both of the Special Needs Dances I do monthly, the Everett Elks and the Saugus Youth Councils Record Hops. (Robbie in yellow has just gotten engaged to Lauren in black)
